Priority shipping within USA for one purse costs an average of $6.95 including delivery confirmation.
Shipping costs are not refundable on returned items

If paying by check or money order, email your order to fringepurses@nc.rr.com along with item number/description and your mailing address. You will get a response back quickly with totals. Your order will be held for 10 days. After check or money order is received, your order will be shipped approximately 10 days after for first time personal check buyers. After that you will receive immediate shipment. Money order payments shipped immediately.

Full refunds if items returned within 8 days of confirmed delivery date (less shipping). Items must be undamaged and in same exact condition when returned. Please notify by e-mail of intent to return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. After 8 days from confirmed delivery date refunds are not granted. If you think that you need more time to return an item above the 8 day limit, just email us and let us know why.
